ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — Marketing firm Perry Ballard Incorporated (PBI) will move this fall to the Box Factory for the Arts at 1101 Broad St. in St. Joseph, Mich., PBI President Gary Tipton announced. PBI will occupy the front half of the third floor, which previously housed Whirlpool Corporation's information technology services.

JOSEPH, Mich. — Gary Tipton, president and creative director of Perry Ballard Incorporated, was recently elected president of The Agency Group (TAG), a national consortium for owners of mid-size advertising agencies from non-competing markets. Tipton brings more than 33 years of design and creative leadership to his new role.
